Molly and Cameron's Engagement Session in Downtown Columbus

Capturing Molly and Cameron's engagement photos in downtown Columbus was an absolute delight. Their love story, filled with serendipity, chance encounters, and romantic moments, began at Molly's 21st birthday party, setting the stage for a journey that led to a beautiful proposal at the Chicago Art Institute.

Their story began on December 12th, 2020, during Molly's 21st birthday celebration. Cameron, who tagged along with Molly's roommates and their boyfriends, shared a brief encounter with her amidst the laughter and festivities. Though they didn’t get much time to talk that night, fate had other plans. A few months later, their paths crossed again, and this time, sparks flew. From March 29th, 2021, their romance blossomed, and they’ve been inseparable ever since. Cameron later proposed at the Chicago Art Institute on December 16th, 2023, in the most romantic setting.

We began the session at the charming Junto Hotel, where Molly and Cameron enjoyed a glass of champagne. The cozy, intimate atmosphere of the bar provided the perfect backdrop for candid moments full of laughter and affection. We then ventured outside, capturing shots as they crossed bustling city streets in downtown Columbus, their energy matching the vibrancy of the area. The serene spots behind COSI and the stunning Scioto Mile bridge added a romantic feel to the session, with their playful energy radiating in every frame.

There were so many wonderful moments during the shoot, but a few stood out as highlights. The photos at the Junto bar, where the couple shared champagne, captured their joyous spirit perfectly. Another unforgettable moment was the action shots behind COSI and on the Scioto Mile bridge, where their fun-loving personalities shined through.

The one-hour engagement session began at noon on Sunday, August 25th, 2024. It included a mix of candid, posed, and action shots, showcasing the essence of Molly and Cameron’s love, with the lively downtown Columbus backdrop adding extra charm.

After posting a sneak peek on Instagram, Molly’s excitement was palpable. She commented, “AHHH!!! I am so excited I cannot contain it!” and later added, “I’m crying already, they’re so beautiful.” These heartfelt reactions remind us of the impact we have on couples, creating lasting memories they’ll cherish forever.
